Council President Krekorian cut the ribbon in early October on Sun Commons, a new multifamily community in North Hollywood. This four-story building features 103 units, ranging from studios to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments with large windows and closets and unique floor plans. Half of the units are reserved for formerly unhoused persons and half are reserved for families and individuals earning less than the area media income (AMI).
