North Hollywood North East Neighborhood Council partnered with NoHo West Neighborhood Council to host a community Halloween celebration at the Valley Plaza Recreation Center on October 30.
Local trick or treaters came out with their families for treats, to show off their costumes and enjoy community interaction.
Special thanks to LAPD Senior Lead Officers who were on hand to greet everyone and to Jeff Camp and Lorraine Diaz from Councilmember Paul Krekorian’s office for their assistance.
