On December 4, Board Members Maria and Jennifer represented the Neighborhood Council at East Valley High School’s Falcon Fest resource fair. They connected with students, families, and staff, sharing information about Neighborhood Council programs, resources, and opportunities to get involved. Promotional items and the spinning prize wheel were a hit, helping draw people in and spark deeper engagement. Several attendees expressed interest in joining monthly community cleanups, many picked up LRO resource packets, and important community concerns were discussed, including the rapidly expanding pothole on Vanowen that the Council actively escalated and resolved.
