The Rescue Train will be hosting a “Fix the Valley,” free spay and neuter mobile clinic on March 13 and April 10, in Van Nuys.

Participants must qualify for low income or be directly affected
by COVID-19. All cats must be in carriers and dogs must be on leashes.
