Art and Social Justice

North Hollywood Amelia Earhart Library, 5211 Tujunga Ave., North Hollywood, CA 91601

Join us for a free artist-led workshop in conjunction with the Los Angeles Public Library’s Big Read. The workshop will highlight artist Mark Bradford, whose work responds to issues of social justice. Participants will closely examine a recent work by the artist, 150 Portrait Tone, and create their own multi-media painting with text.
