Rent Stabilization Ordinance Workshop

The LA Housing and Community Investment Department invites you to a free workshop on the basics of LA’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance. The workshop covers landlords’ and tenants’ legal responsibilities under the RSO, including allowable rent increases, legal reasons for evictions, payment of relocation assistance, the RSO complaint process and other issues.
