Coordinates, organizes, promotes, and manages the work of the Los Angeles network of Neighborhood Councils.

Police, Fire and Safety

Our Neighborhood Council is served by two Divisions of the LAPD. The North Hollywood Division serves south of Saticoy Street. The Foothill Division serves north of Saticoy Street.

For online information about parking tickets, including paying or contesting tickets and parking permits, you can use the Parking Violations Bureau web portal. Click on “My Portal” (bottom right portion of the landing page) and you will be directed to the log-in to create an account.
